INTRODUCTION
Marwar Festival is held every year in memory of the heroes of Rajasthan. The festival is held in the month of Ashwin (September-October) in Jodhpur, for two days during the full moon of Sharad Poornima. The festival showcases the best of the art and culture of Jodhpur and the exotic Marwar region of Rajasthan. The enchanting Mehrangarh fort provides the ideal backdrop for the gala cultural programs and music recitals. The significance of the Marwar festival is that it is a celebration of the heroism, courage and gallantry of the erstwhile Rajput rulers.

DESCRIPTION
